Hello, My name is Lois and I have some 20+ years experience working as a BACP registered psychotherapist. I am also a qualified Couples Counsellor and a Clinical Supervisor.
I have worked for two GPs, Victim Support and spent 8 years counselling for Women's Aid before setting up my own organisation - Serenity Counselling CIC in Wolverhampton, where I was CEO from 2014 to early 2025. I now run Phoenix Therapy in Stourbridge, Kidderminster and on zoom.
Prior to training as a psychotherapist I had a successful career in education and education management.
