Massage/bodywork therapist

My specialism is an ancient form of Hawaiian bodywork called Lomi Lomi, originally known as Ke Ala Hōkū, that emulates the ebb and flow of the sea. Its unstructured and rhythmic form encourages the unpicking of our patterning and brings us into alignment with our true self, encouraging a deeper wholeness to emerge. All sessions include relaxing treatments using warm natural oils, deep tissue work, remedial and supportive treatments.

I am a fully insured and accredited massage therapist. I have an interest in rhythm, motion and the interconnection between the different spiritual and physical elements of the human being.

In scientific terms, opening up new neural pathways of memory, emotion and thought.
